Trying to force the Liebherr's hand.

I'm not sure this is wise as the family do not share the late Markus' love of football and Southampton.

It is possible they could pull out, but that would go against his wishes for his estate.

Needs to be sorted quickly for player movements etc.

All 91 English clubs have changed manager since Wenger last won a trophy at Arsenal but how many of those 91 have independently built a £400m stadium during that time?
