Yes my parents had the audio issue but I thought that has been resolved. There was a workaround anyway that seemed to do the trick. But can't remember what it was. I think Spiderplant made the suggestion in this very thread.

I haven't heard of any lip-sync problems for a few weeks so I suspect it has been resolved.

I received the new remote yesterday, going to update V6 later this week.
The 360 is Horizon, yes? Does anyone know if it's the same version around Europe? If so, do they have the same bugs as the UK? |

Not having a go at anyone, why did you choose to change ? From my usage l can not see the point but there again l did t change to v6 from tivo until it packed in !!!!!:shocked:

My wife says she can navigate it a whole lot easier than Tivo I like the HD channel swap and the voice instructions (which at first I thought it was gimmicky) and I use it all the time now. Overall although their are a few features missing, I think for us that it is much better (and less cluttered) |

I found myself speaking commands to Google Home to turn on lights, heating, TV's and so on, that when I type on Tivo it feels very slow. I like that HD channels replace SD versions and I like the look of the new modern software. Also, I didn't pay a fee, the change hasn't altered my discounts or contract. I hardly record much these days, I usually stream from On-demand and Apps. Yes, there are a few features missing, and apps for now, but I'm sure new ones and updates will come to 360 in the future. |

I changed to 360 this morning, the update only took 6 minutes, (the info screen said 30 mins) I'm liking everything so far, very fast and modern looking software.

Never been offered it, I certainly won't be paying for a software update if offered.

Not been offered it yet either. I will wait until most of the teething problems have been sorted out before I switch.

They need to allow Alexa control as Sky have done and then I might be interested.
