Re: Coming soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 6.
Think HBO shows will end up on virgin, just because with sky losing sport to BT. They can keep shareholders happy by selling their programs to virgin and maybe talk talk and BT.
Also sky pays 30 mil a year but with other companies looking to buy as well then sky may have to spend double that a year to keep it. |

There are actual discussions going on according to investment houses but not regarding SA its more around current deals and content on mobile devices I am led to believe. I too would like SA but this is what I have heard. |

I've not signed up for a new deal with SKY yet. If Virgin come up with their own 50% off for 12 months deal in the next 2 weeks then I'd certainly consider it. It has happened a few times this year already: http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/10...rice-sale.html |

An HBO subscription in the US is typically an extra $15-$20 on your cable bill for 7 (advert-free) channels plus the HBO-Go on-demand streaming service. They have long-established deals with cable companies and I can't see them making anywhere near as much by getting in with Netflix.
