Intersting, I had my Samsung box upgraded from 750kb to 2MB this morning and that has suddenly stopped working..! ( Stockport - Cheshire )

Problem solved, a simple reboot of my STB has solved the problem...
2MB on Samsung box now working fine ( for how long is anyones guess lol ) |

Im tring to upgrade via the web but get this error:
The username (******) entered is not the registered subscriber associated with this cable modem. tried phoning cs and I got some asian woman who's english wasent great. she told me this is a known fault and will be sorted just try later. I want it now like everyone else my area has been done i know that. im in portsmouth. Will i get through to the same woman if i try again? |

Thats real good news guys, when I've got my new STB tomorrow morning and I phone NTL I'm gonna check who I speak to, if I get Daniel I fear my phoneline may all of a sudden get a problem and go dead ;) , which of course will require me to phone NTL again and hopefully get the nice Scottish lady we all praise here...:D
(Please don't take the dead phoneline joke seriously, I know there are a few guys on here who will complain about something like that...) |
