If Franks and the admins manage the software on the server what could ntl possibly be doing?

Frank & the rest of the team do not look after the servers, we look after the site itself, & all the registrations/queries that come into the site.

The site is hosted on an ntl server, in an ntl data center, & there has been a problem with it this morning. The problem has (I believe) been identified, & a fix is being implemented at the moment.

There is nothing to speculate I'm afraid, so I'm sorry to disappoint all the doom mongers & scaremongerers, but that's all there is to it.

no point in speculating just sit tight and wait for an announcement from NTL or the mods

still.. does not explain why it was taken down......

The title of the page is 'ntlworld' rather than 'nthellworld' and the ntl image is in the base directory, not the /images directory. However, the original images are still there, so it hasn't been nuked.

Well we have the update so it should be back "soon" crikey that sonds like an NTL announcement.

The thing that puzzles me (it shouldn't being NTL) is that the site is NTL owned. Ashg and others must know what has happened and they must know who their admins and mods are and how to contact them. It should have been common courtesy to advise the admins / mods of what the situation is. Have they done this? No!
