Same here. I can see a £27 credit although don’t know what’s for until the bill arrives. Maybe £20 for sports and £7 for HD?

Good, I am pleased for you. The link of mine that you quoted was published before Sky relented, by the way.

Looks like you can pause BT Sport now as well?

Wasn't going to pause as already getting package discounted but if it's on top of the discounts already then why not! Thanks folks.

On virgin media surely that will affect people that sub to BT sport and not getting it free by being on the top TV Package

Let’s get this clear - those on the top package do not get it free. In fact, the large majority never watch the channels and are subsidising all those that do watch.

Hmmm. Who subsidises who is always the big question in pay TV. Some users pay the thick end of £80 a month to Sky/Virgin for TV packages and rarely watch any non-premium content. Sport etc brings millions of subscribers to the table that other content does not.

Agreed. I think that those on the top package should receive a discount as they too aren't receiving the sports that they are paying for.

I'm on the Ult Oomph package - I was going to pause it but I know how the packages work - you pause one and it ends up costing more!

You’ll be missing out, given how the pause discounts are being added.

Hi all, its me again.
I firmly believe that VM and BT and Sky should reduce all there prices in view of what's happening with the covid 19 virus.

I am lucky to have a job, and pay bills. That there is some subs that are at home. And cannot afford to pay bills.
