It's not working, have a look on the Virgin Media site relating to spam emails, its bloody ridiculous as to how long Virgin are taking to fix this issue, dozens of people are affected by this, it's the worst ever email platform that i have ever used, the spam filters DO NOT WORK, it's pretty obvious that the system wasn't tested properly before release, get your finger out Virgin! |
Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
VM have just moved me over to the new Email (@virgin media address)

Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
Indeed - the @virginmedia.com move started last Friday.

Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
My @ntlworld account was migrated a few months ago and appeared to work well at first but over the last few weeks logging on to the e-mail account via webmail has proved difficult. When logging on the system appears to hang for a few minutes before displaying the following msg: "Sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties". This is happening on a daily basis. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
Yes we have been experiencing the same problems Robert and l wish they would get it sorted as its becoming very irritating.

Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
Are there changes to settings? Been unable to access my emails today in Windows Live Mail, which is a pain in the backside as I have 4 to check individually now.

Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
I get an error about root certificates on both my android devices tonight.
The error is: "Connection to server refused. Root certificate invalid. Cannot validate identity" |
Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
Android phone and iPad using IMAP are working here for my migrated ntlworld account but their POP3 service is just sending TCP resets back during the SSL/TLS negotiation procedure. Just a reset, no negotiation failure payload.
Looks like someone's been having a fiddle. |
Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
Mine's back now

Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
Same here, as if by magic

Re: Virgin email moving away from Google
Back here as well. Thank God. Expecting an email, not that it turned up today.
