I needed to change it as one of my clients seems to be blacklisted as a spam source (hijacked server) even though that has since been rectified and Google advised.

If your mailbox has been moved over, you'll need to log in to webmail and change your SPAM settings - by default all SPAM email is deleted. This was mentioned in the migration information email and website.

Hi Ben, yes I logged in this morning to check if the settings had changed. The fact that they have tells me that account has been migrated. I have now reset them to allow my clients mail through.

It's not working, have a look on the Virgin Media site relating to spam emails, its bloody ridiculous as to how long Virgin are taking to fix this issue, dozens of people are affected by this, it's the worst ever email platform that i have ever used, the spam filters DO NOT WORK, it's pretty obvious that the system wasn't tested properly before release, get your finger out Virgin!

My @ntlworld account was migrated a few months ago and appeared to work well at first but over the last few weeks logging on to the e-mail account via webmail has proved difficult. When logging on the system appears to hang for a few minutes before displaying the following msg: "Sorry we're experiencing technical difficulties". This is happening on a daily basis. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Are there changes to settings? Been unable to access my emails today in Windows Live Mail, which is a pain in the backside as I have 4 to check individually now.

I get an error about root certificates on both my android devices tonight.

The error is:
"Connection to server refused. Root certificate invalid. Cannot validate identity"

Android phone and iPad using IMAP are working here for my migrated ntlworld account but their POP3 service is just sending TCP resets back during the SSL/TLS negotiation procedure. Just a reset, no negotiation failure payload.

Looks like someone's been having a fiddle.

Back here as well. Thank God. Expecting an email, not that it turned up today.
