Vandals.

Indeed. I'm happy to say that judging by the way almost every Yes sticker I've come across has also been torn at, plenty of Glaswegians agree that plastering the city with separatist propaganda is unacceptable behaviour. ;)

Took advantage of the Q roads and did a 6k chunk of the marathon route on my lunch break. Stuck to the blue line as much as possible.

Cracking wee route and with a few alterations could easily make it an annual mass participation event. A few people I know did a sneaky lap of the course at 6:30 yesterday cheered on by the stewards and Police and loved it.

I meant those removing the yes stickers, but then my view is well known...

Isn't the great Scottish run over a different route again this year? I'd heard it was back to both both Parks but in reverse? but still starting in George Square, over the Kingston Bridge and the long finish along the Clyde. I can't see the GSR ever being allowed to run up Buchanan Street.

Yes ... I know ... ;)

Still, generally it's the flyposters who are considered to be vandals, not those that remove their work.

England's Nicola Adams became the first female Commonwealth Games boxing champion, by beating Northern Ireland's Michaela Walsh in the women's flyweight final in Glasgow.

And Michaela Walsh was not a happy bunny in the post bout interview. :erm:

Off to Hampden for the athletics tonight, can't wait.

To be honest, I can see why she is upset. Adams did look like she was holding a lot in the last couple of rounds and threw Walsh into the ropes.

Just the way I interpreted the highlights, if you watched the whole fight then you are in a better position than me to judge.

I watched it too and thought the result was correct. I was surprised that it was a split decision. Then again, I have the same expertise as you Den :D

It was a great end to the session with Scotland getting 2 Golds. Home crowd were buzzing.
