We have lift off! :) Adaptor and installation disk received today, now downloading automatic updates. Many thanks for all your help.

Excellent news. If the mouse problems persist it might be worth disabling the on-board network adaptor but let us know how it goes.

would be good turning it off as not needed and would save a few resources and possible collisions with software picking the right adapter to get primary ip ?
