Fed up with the wireless an speed issues so the engineer is comin out tomorrow to get my VMG300 hooked back up

You don't need an engineer for that.

he put a 15db attenuator on the superhub and after adding the VMG300 back with and without that it wont connect to the network so he has to come out and make it connect
