I know that I have asked this before but when are we going to get the promised Sky Arts 1 & 2 in HD?? Surely these are two channels that realy would benefit from the superior sound and picture quality of HD.

To use a very common VM phrase COMING SOON (which generally means god knows when) the same as the ITV HD channels , ESPNA HD , SKY NEWS HD you get the drift LOL :-)

Yes l agree the the thread should be called coming in the next 5 years and not coming soon to Virgin.

if wha ti told is right they had the right to them but i think they might rather exchange the right for them for sky altanic hd and sky 2 hd when ti come sin a few motnhs

I hope you are not right on that but I am hoping Sky Arts HD will soon find it's way onto VM, after all Sky and VM have said it will, albeit months ago.

Obviously we are not getting Atlantic, is it just a strange coincidence that Atlantic launches at around the same time of the probable Tivo launch? I doubt it!

My insider told me this months ago but I hold this back until now.

We may get Sky Arts 1 HD.

With Sky Arts 2 HD not launching making way for Sky Atlantic HD to launch.

Also if Virgin cant get Sky Atlantic they may axe Sky3 to make way for it to launch.

I would be amazed if we see Sky Atlantic on VM anytime soon, SD or HD.

The promos certainly don't suggest it.

Agreed can't see it launching on VM in 2011. ESPNA HD was mentioned ages ago and still nothing. Why do VM Chase this Sky trash when there's loads of available HD channels up for grabs (non Sky)

That info was not make by me...

But FX HD will start at 8am from tomorrow.

Sky Arts HD was confirmed by VM too .... over six months ago!

Not having a go Media Boy that info I got from a high up email from VM that talks for ESPNA.HD were ongoing this was about 6 months ago.

I have not seen any info from my Insiders about ESPN America HD launch any time soon.

I only seen rumours on this web site and Digital Spy about ESPN America launching sometime this month.
