Once upon a time we british used to embrace a thing called eccentricity and used to be quite proud of our array of people who fitted that bill. Personally i believe people should be allowed to dress as they please as long as there is no criminal act being commited and the thought that an asbo can be issued because someone chooses to dress a certain way sends shivers down my spine what next get dragged off to a re-education facility. Come on people this is an issue we should deal with in the old fashioned and much better way of using humour not stupid laws.
