A word of warning do not make any changes in the diagnostic pages as you will need a tech call.

I dont think you can make any changes in the diagnostic pages, they are view only

Just to confirm that my box is working at 90% too with "only" the VOD and the interactive services missing. I've got a Engineer booked for tommorow so I will let everybody know the outcome. Don't hold out much hope however so I'm hoping that BBKing's enquires will lead somewhere - all fingers and toes crossed.

Re: Solent Installations- Important Information

yes i can. To get that working you need to get the V+ service added to your account. Supposedly to get VoD/Red Button working you need to get interactive added to your accounts as V+ work different than normal STB's. But as i said in previous messages, that didnt solve anything for me :(

Yes - the V+ button is to be working OK and has been since the box was fitted last Friday.

Have now been escalated to 2nd line support and have to wait for a call back. I Hope these guys work Saturdays 'cause if not then it won't get fixed until mid March!

This thread seems to be discussing the same problem as the thread here

Unless anyone has any major issues with this I'm going to close this thread shortly and have the discussion take place in the other one.

Yes but the other one has a clearer subject line.

Another thread is discussing the same problem.

Can you please post in that one as the problem doesn't seem to be only affecting the Solent area.
