The results below are from the Plusnet ISP, the trace to this domain is fairly consistent to how it is below no matter @ what time of day it is. NTL is always like the posts above. Can anyone explain this, or is it just NTL no performing. India says NTL is ok as its gettting out of their network.

Wouldnt be too reliant about what NTL India says, this issue has been confirmed by 2 local NTL techs to be a UBR issue. (see rest of thread)

Any update on this... if it's not fixed soon I will be moving to a BT line and ADSL.

Got an engineer coming out on Thursday 7th, apparently i'm getting signal loss on my line.
Don't know what they can do if it's apparently a problem with the UBRs but we shall see...

Tyrying to watch videos on google video and the thing is barely running at dilal up speed!

What a load of complete b**locks from NTL I got this afternoon

An engineer came round (who was some sort of NTL bigwig in a suit), and said that the connection was "as good as it's going to get" and that NTL have "no plans to increase capacity".

What a f**king joke. My line is unuseable for most times during the day for anything other than browsing (and that's slow at that)

Time to shout at retentions until they let me end my contract methinks...
