To be fair Neil I think you should be supportive of ntl, as it is moving the company forward and hopefully giving the customer some decent services!!

I would have to agree with GrahamF.
We know there is no love lost between yourself and Ntl and there are certainly upgrades that have gone wrong in the past but to write it off without even seeing it is a bit off IMO. |
