What on earth is wrong at Liverpool? I don't believe for one minute a player or two out is making that much difference so at s loss to understand the problem? Confidence? Don't care? Surely not. You win the title at a canter so why are they struggling this season is beyond me.

Look back to September for one.
Other key injuries.
Playing your best 2 midfielders at Centre back leaving your midfield lightweight.
Lack of confidence.

Time for a stint in the lower leagues for Deano methinks.

Mitrovic should have been given at least a yellow for simulation, just like that Spurs creep Lamela who got Martial sent off. If they can give a card for obvious diving then falling to the ground as if you have been shot when lightly stroked should merit the same.

I found it very interesting that the retired refere on BT Sport,Peter Walton?,said that VAR wasn't there to correct errors but only the refeee's clear and obvious errors. I'm sure he put it better than that but it really astounds me that VAR doesn't look at ALL errors.

September 1st 2001.

I know that as we were driving home from the Isle of White, and would miss the game due to our ferry time, but we were lucky and got the last space on the earlier ferry, driving up to the M25 we heard Germany score the first goal, so I eased of the gas, but when we equalised I pressed the gas.

IIRC I got home in time to see our 3rd goal on.

Newcastle United close club store and make all staff redundant. The club shop is owned and operated by Sports Direct.

Mike Ashley has informed staff that PIF/Saudi Arabia do not see the store as part of their plans post-takeover :erm:

For awareness. The club is still in an ongoing arbitration case with the Premier League and hasn't been sold. So I'll translate that to, I wanted to close the shop and make everyone redundant but blame it on the Saudis. What an incredible chap.

She is Alex Scott, who was a professional footballer, played for Arsenal and Birmingham, played 140 times for the England National side, and played for the GB team in the 2012 Olympics, and she’s been a football commentator for around 6 years.

Too many average pundits full stop men and women as l am of the belief that being a ex footballer does not necessarily make them a good pundit.

It's not the fact she's a women I object to its that it's a game of football between two male teams and therefore should have male pundits. Women's football games should equally have an all female pundits but as I don't watch it I haven't a clue if they do or not but would equally object if I did and they did.

So he should be! His team were outstanding this afternoon. Wolves on the other hand were rather disappointing.

It would be disappointing if Wolves decide to get rid of their manager though as l think he has done a pretty good job.

Can't see them getting rid of him Den what with the huge Portuguese content of their squad.

Unless they are thinking of a recently unemployed Portuguese manager.............

Agree totally. He has done an amazing job in his time there and this season should be written off as just one of them things due to the top class players they've sold and the no fans which has effected every team.

Don't mind supporters protesting but disgraceful that they stormed into the ground and threw a flare and a bottle at the TV gantry. And shame they won in relation to getting the game postponed.

I'm sure they wanted it postponed to put off a loss, handing the title to City.

Unlikely given both sides current form, surprisingly Klopp has never won at Old Trafford.;)

Question should Man Utd be deducted points because of their fans disgraceful behaviour, and include Liverpool if there fan took part?

FYI I support Tottenham Hotspurs.

They should suspend any team involved in the Super League from European football for a year. That really would hit them, where it really hurts - money. The fans can get back to being excited about the FA Cup for a change.
Won't happen though.
