Last night a Spanish style chicken dish with chorizo, pancetta, smoked paprika, peppers, tomatoes, white beans served with rice. Will last 2 meals - maybe brown rice next time.

Ran out of food so it is Roast potatoes in duck fat and sausages! Tesco for tomorrow i think!

That's what I had for dinner yesterday as we went to my brother in law's for lunch. Boerwors, Italian sos, prawns, steak, chicken, grilled corn, peppers, capri salad. After all that protein/fat really just wanted some carb and not too much.

Cooking ribeye for me and fillet for SWMBO - with thick cut chips, sautéed mushrooms, and peppercorn sauce (for me) and bernaise sauce (for the Boss).
