Local residents raised concerns about any expansion in 2012 because it would involve the demolition of some houses near the ground. The club said that discussions with local property owners were "progressing well" and all parties are close to agreement but added details were still to be finalised.
I'm sure I remember reading theres a few Man Utd fans that own properties they want to demolish and they obviously aren't selling up

Gary Neville: Manchester United don't need a 'big name' manager.

http://www1.skysports.com/football/n...g-name-manager

Sorry Gary but l think they do need a big name manager who can put a end to the players ruling the roost at OT and who can rebuild the side from the current debris.

Barcelona hope to officially announce over the next few days a new and improved deal for Leo Messi, one that clears up any lingering doubts surrounding the player or the club's intentions, as well as confirming that all parties are singing from the same song sheet.

Naughty naughty.

Why are none of these clauses clubs seem to be routinely inserting in contracts not being investigated, I seem to remember a certain club paying over 30 million quid for "transgressions" considerably less serious than the ones mentioned on here in the last few Weeks.

I don't know where this female player is from, but I think she's grown up watching DVD's of 1970's/80's South American defenders. https://vine.co/v/M1gIpzta1B5
