No it uses light to power it, on a full charge it will work up to 6 months in the dark.

4.5 lb this week now lost over 6 stone and am over a stone lower than my end of year goal already

In Kickboxing threw a cracking spinning side kick which my opponent walked onto.He spent 5 minutes doubled up on the ground sucking in air. Excellent :D
