My family cooked fathers day meal yesterday - prawns with home made mayo/marie rose dressing, duck legs - shredded with noodles and veggies with chilli oil, fresh exotic fruit salad.

That depends on the eye of the beholder as some don't like that red thingy stuff that comes out of their steak.;)

Left overs Monday. Bubble and Squeak made with smashed New Potatoes and Brussel Sprouts together with crispy fried Bacon.

Home made fish* pies in individual ceramic dishes with parsnip and potato toppings with parmesan. Steamed broccoli, leeks and carrots with good cheese sauce

*Cod, smoked haddock, not the yellow stuff, and salmon.

Last night cooked a North Indian style curry. Only error was had to use canned tomatoes that made it all a bit too wet and red before the meat went it. Very tasty though with chappatis sat in garden and Heineken 0. (Drinking a fair bit of alcohol free lager and low alcohol ciders. Not as good as "the real thing" but with lower activity need to drop the calories.)

Prawn flavour noodles with added seasoning ( fish sauce, oyster sauce ) diced salad vegetables and cooked prawns.
