It seems unlikely doesn't it? I don't think VM would be happy to have a channel promoting AMC which its customers can't get at the moment.

That depends on them meeting their latest deadline to get back on air (31/8/15) due to their "disruption to service" (looking increasingly unlikely). VM are now getting impatient.

AMC is not on the list of things set to happen before Jan. 2016 on Virgin Media.

We have not seen the list in full or have an DNP Order on it.

No offence mate but quite often both yours and my sources are wrong, my sources say it is coming before 2016 yours say it isn't, however as we both know nothing is 100% until it is on the vm epg, also this is the same source that told me expect something by end of August, you had the curzon cinema app launch.

Our Testing Sources has confirmed to Media Boy HQ that as of August 26th AMC is not testing on Virgin Media.

Only channel that is still testing is BT Sport Extra 1.

It's the same thing. If you don't agree a new contract with energy suppliers, they roll you over to a more expensive tariff as soon as you go out of contract. VM are only agreeing to discounts to keep the customers locked into a contract.

Appreciate that's just me though, but I do say that there should be some kind of automatic discount in place if you have been a customer for xx number of years. This discount should be applied to all, so this would make it fairer to everyone.

Food for thought ....
An automatic discount would be nice but would cost VM more in the long run. It's far easier for them to rely on customer inertia.

So they have, it was still there yesterday- looks like VM have no confidence in them returning and their patience has run out.

If they have run out of cash, perhaps VM could put everybody's bill up by 50p to fund it.

Only joking :D :D :D
