Why can this country not ban him for entering it, surely he needed a visa/work permit to play for Liverpool, these should be revoked and he should be deported.

I suspect partly as EPl has taken off a bit more there (more opportunity to watch it), and the results that USA are getting.

I find it hilarious that some news media over here refer to it as the BPL (British PL) :D
