A couple of bottles from my favourite local wine merchant (local-ish - it's in Skipton, which is 22 miles away).

Wright's Wine and Whisky has over 1000 different whiskys/whiskeys/whiskies in stock, 500+ gins, and lots and lots of other fine beverages.

On the way to the Devonshire Arms at the weekend, we stopped in and I bought myself a bottle of 10 year old Glengoyne single malt, a bottle of Gaston de Casteljac VSOP Cognac, and a 12 year old Girvan Distillery Single Grain cask strength whisky, bottled specially for Wright's.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.

It was supposed to be a birthday gift from my daughter & son-in-law, but the PC version can't be bought anywhere but Blizzard, and you have to "friends" for 3 days before they could gift it to me, so I've bought it, and they will transfer the funds to me.

I have 2 x 500GB SSDs, and 2 x 2TB HD - OS on one SSD, games on the other, documents and media on one HD, Photos and other stuff on the other; all photos and documents backed up to OneDrive, Amazon Photos, and Google Drive (as well as a portable HD, which I keep at the MiLs when it's not backing stuff up (monthly)).

Re: What have you just bought?

My first PC (25 Mhz 386DX) which cost over a grand, had a 40 Mbyte HDD. In the pre-Windoze days (DOS 3.1) that seemed quite large.

Just recently added 2 Terabyte drive for HD films to the current desk machine (128G SSD, 500G HDD) which doubles up as a media server. This has bays and interfaces for another 3 drives. At the rate it's filling up I'll soon need to get another drive as well.

Tried that with a rubber glove on poking with a flexible pipe (). Unfortunately the blockage is further on. I know it's in a 3' section of the waste pipe as the outer section that the other waste pipes go into runs free.
