I am not on a contract so dunno how they justify a charge for that

Anywho I will call again and likely have to put my notice in to get a good deal but tbh I am ready now to give VM the boot and go FTTC as BT do a fair enough deal and will upgrade me to Full Fibre 100 when it arrives within the year. Sick of everything VM hate how they try and screw customers whenever possible

i need to call too, what number did you use and key presses to talk to retentions as i forget?

Hue lights....

Never straight forward when you want to swap out 2 out of 5 lights in one room. Then find out you've got to redo every scene, widget, and switch all over again which is a bit of a nightmare.

Smart lights are *almost* more trouble than they’re worth. I keep it strictly to one bulb per room, just so it’s always possible to put lights on or off if my hands are full or for security when we’re all away. But when you try to set up complex combinations you always end up spending more time maintaining it than you save from manually switching things on and off.

Had acupuncture on my hip, don't feel any better, next appointment 2 weeks time. Anyone here found it worked for them?

A colleague who retired last year swears by it, he's 75 and broke his back 20 years ago, all the best mate :tu:

Tried acupuncture once. When they stuck a needle in the top of my toe, I soon forget about the trifling back pain . So suppose it works in a way...

It's too bloody hot, not sure how I am going to survive 42c on Monday and Tuesday after work! Luckily I work in an air-conditioned cleanroom.

Not sure whether to moan or hate this thread. With all our subscriptions being cancelled I saw this thread and just clicked without thinking. I ended up right back at the beginning and now I'm sat here in tears.

I hate that dilli isn't here with us.
