Yes with family absence does make us miss our offspring.:)

I've only recently started getting on well with the neighbours here - oh well...

I had a sneaky drive over with Natalie to have a look at the potential new place today.

I should find out this coming week if I get it.

Fingers still crossed dilli.

As for getting on with any new neighbours, well I am sure any community of oldies will welcome such an upstanding and helpful young couple as you and Natalie. :)

Happy news Tinky, I hope Mum and baby are well.

Great Granny is such a mouthful, will you be shortening the title for this wee one?

My first official 10k run today, the annual Richard Burton 10k in Port Talbot. Just looking to get a decent time considering the injuries I've had this year. A sub-60 is expected and if I can get sub-55 I'll be happy, sub-50 and I'll be amazed.

Best of luck with that Russ and a nice sunny day too :)

Just do your best Russ as that's all you can ask for given your injuries and at least the weather does not look too bad at the moment.

Cheers - weather for Cwmavon says it'll be raining but that's not too bad, I prefer running when it's like that :)

@ Russ, I guess you are part way through the run but wanted to say good luck and I hope the leg stays strong. :tu:

53.08 - happy with that! Was hoping for better but considering I'd been out for most of the summer with injuries and only really started back about 2 weeks I'm not complaining too much at my new PB :)
