Griddled lamb leg steaks. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed sprouts, carrots and broccoli. Gravy and mint sauce.

Some very tender rump steak from Lidl. Griddled medium-rare with mushrooms and onion. Oven chips and beer battered onion rings. Peas and sauces.

roast chicken,mash,broccoli,peas,carrots,roasties,yorkie pud,sadly just for 1 due to the lockdown, but one has to keep up the tradition of sunday lunch;)

Large brown baps filled with smoked salmon, horseradish sauce, thin sliced cucumber and lite mayo.

Sainsbury's TTD Mediterranean Tuna fish cakes. Steamed broccoli, leeks and carrots. Good cheese sauce. Sprinkle of Parmesan Reggiano DOP and under the grill to brown the top.

Wild venison 1/4lb burgers, roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips and courgette. Red-current jelly condiment.

Wife cooked a lovely fisherman's pie last night. Good to eat after my short (6.5 km) daily walk which my son joined me. Saw a couple of deer in the rape seed fields (doe and fawn) which added to the enjoyment.
