Don't mention adding content :( I've got to rebuild El Studentes' site again as she is adding at least 7 more pages and changing the front page. Not long finished adding the last set of updates lol. Never mind.

You can submit the URL to the search engines, put a sitemap up in the google webmaster tools area etc.
