Exactly. Just to point out Tories on 43% in this Guardian poll, Tories won 80 seat majority on this percentage point.

Labour MP resigns from frontbench after breaching lockdown with married lover

Canterbury MP Rosie Duffield has quit her role as Labour whip after admitting to breaking coronavirus lockdown rules and meeting her married partner for a "long walk"

Let the outrage begin.

The paper also claims Ms Duffield, 48, did not deny that she had allowed him to visit her home in Canterbury during the coronavirus lockdown.

No need for outrage.

She’s done the right thing by resigning rather then hang around undermining party credibility.

Exactly she broke the rules so she had no option to resign as one should lead by example and obey lockdown rules like the rest of the country did for 9 weeks.

No need for outrage when it's not a Tory,She hung on until she was exposed by journalists and then had no other option but to resign.

I think the outrage should be the story doesn't seem to be on the BBC news website (not in a prominent position I can find anyway)!

However, this is just another example of people who should know better. It's good that she jumped but part of me wishes she hadn't as it would have been good to see if Kier would have been good to his word and sacked her as a whip.

The Guardian seems to have missed the story as well.

Labour are up a lot higher though so a similar percentage point for them would result in a hung Parliament.

She has resigned.

Do you want me to be outraged that she resigned? That’s not really appropriate tbh.

Unless she was informed she needed to jump before she was pushed. Still, at least she did go.

No i don't expect standards just carry on as normal.

It took a few weeks but after she was caught out she jumped before she was pushed, had she not been exposed i guess she would have just carried on regardless.
