yup, as soon as you say vivid I think of bold colours and something that "stands out" over everything else and maybe that is what VM want you to think. There must be a psychological term for that, subliminal product association or something.

I'm guessing that this is a standard message that VM's software displays even if the upgrade is free. But worth checking their next message!

When I ordered the upgrade I got the same message and there was no increase in charges.

Our speed upgrade to 70Mb has been put back a month. Was by the end of November, now the end of December. Not that fussed to be honest if it means that more work is needed.

Just checked after reading this and my 70Mb upgrade has gone back a month from Nov 2015 to Dec 2015.
