A shot of whisky. The bottle of Bells bought for my Christmas present in 2014 still going strong, in fact only drunk a third of the 35cl bottle in just over 13 months.

Now having a post-meal libation, a large 18yo Glenfiddich.

I drink a glass every day, but then I hate running 10k but i do it 3 times a week. I'm not keen on Salmon but I eat it once or twice a week.

Now a bacon sandwich I love, but I have one maybe 3 times a year.

I am trying to extend my adventures in alcohol, so to that end, I have recently bought Irish Single Grain whiskey, Swedish Whisky, Japanese Whisky - who knows where my liquid travels will take me next... :D
