Beef and mixed bean chilli from the freezer batch. Long grained rice and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan Reggiano ( DOP )

Traditional rice makes a change from a baked potato.

Cook pasta, serve with lots of oil and then wait. When ripe use the toilet paper.
