I was up in our local having a beer and there was a restless lady on the table next to me. She was joined by another and overhearing their conversation it seemed that lady#1's car had broken down and they were trying to find the local agent.

I asked what car it was and it was a Toyota, well I knew who the agent was so I was able to tell them but they had no breakdown service. I remembered the name on some tow trucks that operate locally and advised them. The company was able to come out and give 30mins of roadside plus a tow to a service centre if needed for £70. Not a bad price I reckon.

My good news is my vit levels are now all good ish. (That's with regular B12 jabs and 50k Vit D tabs etc). Apart from my Iron is levels are really low but blood count is surprisingly normal but now closely monitored. Also LFTs are all fine considering the amount of alcohol I've got through lately.

The bad news is that I'm booked in for yet another colonoscopy and MRI. Hopefully that'll be after Christmas. I can't do with all that right now.

I still feel like crap but at least it's good news because I thought it would be all the total opposite.
