Salmon and rice, then an Apfel Strudel made with a recipe from an Austrian friend who insists it must contain marzipan cream made with rum. It smells lush as it cools.

I am half way through making a Louisiana style chillie sauce using my home grown JMAO Scotch Bonnets. It smells lush. After Xmas I'll sieve it and bottle.

But I had to try some on plain bread first....
