I have a question, TV is still in contract but broadband and phone are not, at the moment I am on the 120/152Mb, if i was to drop it down to the 30/50Mb would that put me under a new contract

How do you have different services on different contracts?

Suppose it depends on the bundle and how TV was added.

I had the tv, Telephone and broadband installed when the top speed was 50Mb, TV was tivo and normal HD, when contrat was up i added 2nd tivo to replace the HD box, which renewed the TV contract, but not Broadband or phone

No one will get a sh2 automatically if they have a sh1

Interesting, I didn't know it worked like that. I thought all three services were under one bill/contract.

Mine did. Virgin replaced my superhub 1 to superhub 2 for free of charge last year. But, my virgin media 152/12 is dreadful painful slow all day getting 27/5 with SH2 (no wifi) just ethernet

They're all on the same bill but do not have the same minimum term.

Signing up to broadband for example if you had a TV only subscription would not extend the minimum term on your TV service.

It's really all dependent on what you do and what offer you go for

Adding TiVo onto an existing TV subscription and making no other changes would only recontract the TV as that's the only service that's changing

However, adding TiVo and moving to a Collection would recontract all the services as the offer is a whole service price.
