Thats very true but is has been intimated by vm employees on here that easter would be around the time to expect Red Button (not that i blame anybody for its non appearance) ;)

Although late spring is mentioned for EXTRA content on the Red Button,to be put on after the initial launch.

Maybe I shouldn't from now on - but I was stating what VM bosses said and they indicated that they don't see getting Sky Atlantic as top priority right now. The quote from VM was "It is not a must have and it is not a must not have. It is not something sitting on our immediate priority board."

Just ignore him matey and keep posting

We try to be supportive on this forum Carl, no one persons post/opinion should be more important than another's.

So has the red button launched then or are we just going to get limited crap all the time? Will we get Match choice of all the premier league matches to choose from?

Actually, the quote I was referring to regarding the current situation regarding VM and Sky Atlantic was said yesterday following the release of the Q1 2011 results. I accept that whilst we had an idea that this was the case, I felt it was important to underline this in reply to an earlier post by stating what the current position is in case people had not spotted the quote. As i said, just trying to be helpful and I'm sorry that he couldn't understand this and that he chose to dismiss my intentions to be helpful with a sarcastic reply.

The information was from Virgin Media's chief financial officer Eamonn O'Hare.

Apologies for the over-reaction. But, like I said, it's not like it was new news.
