Just baking now, smells good. :)

I make the loaf with half white and quarter of brown and wholemeal flour and add pumpkin, sunflower and linseeds. Unfortunatly I'm out of poppy seeds for the crust. I'll have to remember to put them down on my shopping list.

I like to use my traditional bowl for mixing up the dough. Looks much like this one:

Yes there is always something we forget with regards to ingredients and yes l have seen those trusty old bowls before as my parents use that type quite a bit.
