On Sky News ticker that Petrol bombs and Bricks being thrown at Police in Toxteth, Liverpool right now and it is also reported that a Police officer has had a firearm discharged at him in Aston, Birmingham.

Helicopter still around, plus a few sirens.

Seems the nearest it got to us so far was about 400 metres, the Sainsbury's local on Deansgate/Bridge street corner got looted...

No link to this but Sky sources are saying Cops have arrested a 21 year old man for the arson attack on the Reeves building in which fire gutted the entire block in Croydon. I hope they throw the book at him - It was a family run business through five generations of family, it survived two World Wars, yet was destroyed in an instant in the night of madness.
