Tomorrow launch date given to me is just an date I was told.

The Sky Sports Red Button may not launch - look what happen in some areas when Virgin was update their network for NGTV last year (some area was postphone when Virgin found something up with that area).

Well all this build up to the Sky Sports red button tomorrow and we might not even get it, l know what coming now and thats another shambolic mess up by Virgin Media.
Will they ever get it right...

I've not seen a single thing from VM on the Sky red button, just discussion on here. You can't mess up what you haven't announced - unless I've missed something.

FFS denphone. Why come on here JUST to moan. This would be a much nicer thread and forum without you, frankly.

Yes. and?

The OP made the statement sound like it was VM's - or at least someone's - fault and I was simply trying to point out that it wasn't.

Someone, or a number of people on various sides of the negiotiations will be responsible (call it at fault if you must) for the deal not being agreed, so someone is responsible/at fault....

Economics isn't a person, if somebody has something for sale that you want but the price isn't right is that your fault for not wanting to pay the asking price? Is it there fault for not selling at the price you want?

But someone has to make the decision to buy/not buy, and that is their responsibility/fault (which some people find interchangable - I don't).

Just trying to clarify cw's assertion that nobody is responsible/at fault.....

Sarcasm aside - was just trying to be helpful. Maybe I shouldn't from now on - but I was stating what VM bosses said and they indicated that they don't see getting Sky Atlantic as top priority right now. The quote from VM was "It is not a must have and it is not a must not have. It is not something sitting on our immediate priority board."
