Just had this E-Mail sent to me:

Dear Matthew,

As someone who has contacted us in the past about live streaming for Big
Brother, we thought you would like to know that this year; you'll be able to
watch 24/7 through the Big Brother website.

You'll need to register and purchase a pass, which will give you the
opportunity to watch for a day, a week or the whole series.

For further information keep an eye on the Big Brother site

Yeah, i don't really see the problem in paying £14.99, 13 weeks 24/7 no adverts (i hope) and im hoping the swearing isn't cut out.

Sorry ya it was because I got the same email from them put different person and I'm outside the UK and thought they had changed there minds and were going to give it to us as well now. Some hope :(
