Last night I had a 12oz ribeye (SWMBO had a 8oz fillet) cooked in a cast iron griddle, with oven steak chips, mushrooms (cooked in the griddle with the steak juice), with some rocket on the side and peppercorn sauce (Bernaise sauce for the boss). The griddle makes such a difference when cooking steaks. |
