As the Rocoto chillies are finally ripe in the greenhouse, I'll be stuffing and roasting them tomorrow for the lad and I. The ladies will have stuffed sweet peppers. So the stuffing (pork and rice with mild, smoky spices) is now cooled and ready.

Griddled lamb leg steaks seasoned with mint, garlic granules and rosemary with onion. Roasted taters, parsnips, steamed white cabbage, broccoli and carrots. Gravy and sauces.
