Some Russian who stay in the UK may think Virgin Media are Pro-Ukraine with the launch of 1+1 on TiVo boxes.

It is odd that RT is on satellite and Freeview as a linear channel, but not VM. I can only assume that RT must not be willing to pay what VM want to carry the channel.
