The Sky Sports Red Button may not launch - look what happen in some areas when Virgin was update their network for NGTV last year (some area was postphone when Virgin found something up with that area).

Thanks MB. I just wish Virgin Media would announce the date officially.

This is a great idea. I am happy to help if they like :D Basically just put all the 'like' channels together; ITV1-4, Channel 4, Channel 5, etc.

When ESPN HD showed the NHL game between Tampa Bay vs Pens its was amazing as just kills me I have to watch the rest of the games in SD :( Or I could wait and download them in HD but its playoffs got to be live :(

I'd love to see Sky Atlantic, Sky Sports 3,4 & Sports News HD along with iTV2 HD on my new TiVo.

Don't expect to see Sky Atlantic on Virgin Media any time soon.

Agreed about ESPN America HD. That would be my number one choice for new channels as well.

Having seen the quality of ESPN HD it just shows how poor the quality of ESPNA is when comparing the same programme on both channels. I wouldn't mind so much if VM were able to increase the picture quality of ESPNA, but I don't know if they just take the satellite feed or if they have a direct feed that they encode themselves.

At least its better than when ESPNA wasn't widescreen

True, and it's still better than when it was NASN. The PQ in those days could be atrocious at times.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2011) Vol. II.

Sometimes I wish we didn't get ESPN stuff for free as we would most likely have ESPNA HD if we was paying £8ish a month was paying £10/15 a month back in the days of satanta/NASN

Well no, of course not if they can't agree carriage terms.

Well done on stating the blindingly obvious though :p:
