Allegedly an investigation to Redknapp's transfer dealings is coming to fruition soon and he is looking at being charged with tax evasion. If charged and found guilty he'd be looking at prison.

However, all well known ITKs within the club have said nothing's happened. Redknapp took training earlier and has just now gone into the press room for interviews about tomorrow's game.

I thought he was cleared?

Nope, this is something newer.

Its still all conjecture at the moment though. Apparently though a source within the NOTW has said they will be running a story this weekend. I'm presuming its about Redknapp but could be Spurs. The guy didn't elaborate, but was in the "Redknapp leaving?" thread.

Well If it is true that "something" is about to happen, and that's a big if, it's a blow to spurs. What he has done there is very impressive! Where are you getting the NOTW thing?

He's the investigation i'm talking about.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2...ttenham-police

Its a tax evasion issue rather than a transfer dealings issue like with the previous Lord Stevens investigation

A mod on a Spurs forum at the moment.

He denied he is leaving so it's seems like it was just a rumor.

What were you expecting him to say?

No Comment. Avoid the Press Conference. If he was about to resign or be fired then he wouldn't have spoken at all.

If he is found guilty of tax evasion he might not have any choice. I can't see him getting day release to sit in a dugout lol.

If that were pending then why would he attend the press conference?

Are you being serious? How would it look if he didn't attend. I hope this is all hype, it would be a sad end to a great career that could just about be ready to reach its pinnacle.

Until he's been convicted or at the very least charged he has to go on. Nothing may happen ultimately.

Most people have given up this but there is still the odd new rumour from alleged ITKs that there is definitely a legal issue outstanding and he may be sacked on monday. This may have something to do with a story in the NOTW tomorrow or it may be people having a wind up. We'll just have to see.

One thing I did notice in the press conference though at one point when one the journos was talking about him leaving he paused for a bit and twitched more than normal.

I should point out that this is still rumour and gossip at the moment.

Good job Sunderland are no good, this would be a Cricket score v anyone of any use. Our pass completion rate to Sunderland players is higher than Sunderlands.

100% Penalty though, not sure how blatant a handball needs to be, and facing the linesman. Suspect Hairdryer on all 11 for that. Utter crap.

If we play like this against Liverpool I can see them easily hitting 6.

Donkey scores?! What happened, did the ball go in off him as a rebound?

Did you even see the goal? Change the flaming tune.
