What is the venue?
Do you have a linky for the band? I couldn't find one.

Hope you enjoy your excursion.

@ Cobby. Some of us live here/near. I'd never dream of insulting another's place of birth/residence online. Face-to-face with a cheeky smile is something else. Have you ever visited here?

Sorry for my usual crypticness. Bruce Springsteen at the Reek-oh :)

Legend.
I hear it's a 3-hour or so set!
And he really gets the crowd \mm/

Last time I was there was for Muse. Stunning!

Have a great time!
OK - I'm curious...
seated or standing?

London on the 30th?

I hope you're not Nils Lofgren... I'm expecting him to be there tomorrow ;)

Thanks Caff. I believe people thought the stadium was on fire when Muse were playing. We are seated btw.

You're welcome.
Yup - people nearby were alarmed when the pyrotechnics were being tested 2 days before the gig itself.

The sound balances were superb. I hope you get the same.

Hold on...
working there?...

Springsteen was amazing, very tempted to try and get a ticket for London now.

Nightmare journey on the way down though, two broken-down lorries one after the other near Stafford and me poor leg was knackered riding a ridiculously heavy clutch for an hour in stop-start traffic, definitely going to take the other car next time. Worth it in the end though.

Yes Brucie is a absolute legend but his tickets will certainly set you back a few quid.

I am a treacle townie from Nuneaton lol but a lot of areas around Cov are not nice though HillFields and Wood End for example :)

Yeah it was last night, they'll have had a top night.

We parked outside a friends house at the far of Windmill Rd, about 100 yards outside the parking permit zone so 10 minutes walk to the car and escape at J2 to miss the crowds.

Happy thought comes with a tinge of a moan. New injectable therapy for diabetes helping to deaden my appetite, but it also means I am now having to bulk buy toilet rolls. Oh well, as long as it helps to cut weight and blood sugar it will be worth it.

Maybe the side effects will settle Mark. Fingers crossed for you.
