Home made Bolognaise sauce from the freezer stock (pork and beef) Farfalle pasta (bows). Parmesan Reggiano and some chopped curly parsley.

Lamb leg steaks griddled medium with mint, rosemary, garlic granules and onion. Roasted parsnips and taters. Steamed carrots and broccoli. Lamb stock gravy.

Started a diet last Wednesday ,i was 18 stone couldn't believe how much weight i had gained ,7 days later i am now 17 1/4 stone, just had my lunchtime veggie stew.
