And believe it or not that nice Mr Warner is now statistically the worst opener in five test series cricket ever, shame.

with 95 runs in 10 innings, the lowest aggregate for any opener playing every one of a five-match series in the history of Test cricket.

Amazing really when you consider how good a batsman he has been these past few years.

A guilty conscience maybe? He always was the main culprit/baddie.

No different to Stokes who has been classed as the bad boy of the England side before.

Like many of us sometimes one has to make mistakes to learn from those mistakes.;)

Drat, with a decent weather forecast for tomorrow I was hoping to take in a full days play at Old Trafford, County Championship match against Middlesex. I was a bit worried when I saw Lancashire had only managed 259 AO In their first innings. Sadly the appalling effort from Middlesex suggests I won’t see much play tomorrow. 39 for 6, they should have their wages withheld.:(

You should have asked for a refund Jim.

As a fully paid up member I don't have to pay any more for this game, was just looking forward to a full days cricket.

Not much to watch now with the season nearly over.

There much worse things to do than enjoy a nice day watching a sedately paced game of cricket now and then. It makes a nice change from Whack a Mole T20 cricket. ;)

A glorious sunny day at Old Trafford and I will get to see a full days play. The Middlesex batsman finally turned up with an as yet unbroken 98 run stand for the 7 wicket.

Cricket related I guess: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/49726913

The Sun has found out that Ben Stokes' family had a very horrible thing happen to them before Stokes was born and have splashed it on their front page and dispatched a 'journalist' to his parents house to talk about. He is understandably upset.
