In our experience the sprays don't work and i am waiting for the missus to scream saying there is a large spider walking along the skirting board as she can hear it!!!

We dont have spiders in the house or in the cellar as our siamese cat eats them all. He also removes most flying insects as well.

I have worn contacts for just over a year now nash and tbh I don't wear them all the time more often than not I was flinging out opened contact lenses that had only been worn a couple of days so dailies make more sense both financially and the way I wear them.

I was using fortnightly lenses called acuvue oasys hydraclear plus (which is ideal if you wear them every day for the fortnight) but I didn't hence why have since opted to go for the daily lenses and the ones that I now wear are called Focus Dailies All Day Comfort with these dailies I can wear when I chose without any waste as I was finding that I was only wearing the fortnightly lenses only a couple of times then having to bin them due to them being fortnightly lenses now with the dailies I will have no waste since I will be wearing once then binning them.

She got in a right tizzy trying to fit the data cable for the umpteenth time, as Win10 would not see the drive (I suggested it was a bad lead).

2 pins snapped off, all the others twisted and flattened. :(

Not so much as a bargain now, bin job I suspect.

I had contact lenses for 15 years and my eyes started to dry up so I had to stop and get glasses, which I do not like does not matter how much I pay for them , but I have no choice, I loved the contacts,

Nash contacts have really came on now as I suffer from dry eye the contacts that I used to use are for people who suffer from dry eye maybe you could ask your optician for a trial of these, I personally found acuvue oasys hydraclear plus extremely good most optician's offer free trial so you will not be out of pocket. I know I was sent away with quite a few packs but I found acuvue oasys hydraclear plus to be the best for my eyes anyway they are a bit more expensive than other lenses but totally worth it. Don't know how much they would be for occasional use as I was the 12 month direct debit scheme and my monthly plan was £22.00 a month for a 3 month supply and i have just changed my plan for dailies I'm going to be £21.00 with the option to change my supply, what I like about going on the 12 month Direct Debit scheme is you get eye test every year plus glasses with the value up to £100.00 and if I get glasses say at £150.00 they take the £100.00 off.

Some treated timber for a repair job I'm doing. The preservative is not the usual brown stuff, but bright blue. The blurb says to treat all cut surfaces with the same stuff. Guess what, Wickes does not sell it.

Toolstation does though, £16 per litre!:shocked::shocked:

It appears too have.

I had a few issues with duplicate IPs, but I've limited the IPs the router can release and put my home atomation stuff in the .200 range.

Over the weeks, I might put the other stuff in static IP grouping.

One of the 5GHz wifi's is using the channels 100+ not everthing I have supports it, and some the signal needs tweaking.

Ensele wood preservative. Wickes have started selling timber with a blue protective finish, but to keep it from rotting you have to use this special product on all cuts and holes.

Wickes don't sell it so I nipped over to Toolstation and had their last pot.

After much thought I have decided to keep our built in wardrobes and just revamp them or should I say hubby has talked me out of doing away with the built in wardrobes as he said it's a lot of hassle.

I have just bought this and hopefully the end result will give us more storage as atm we have a lot of wasted space plus revamping the space is I admit a lot less hassle for hubby.

Then after Christmas we will think about replacing the wardrobe doors.

I was given loads of stainless steel staples, then found that they are specific to one type of stapler. They can be very expensive, but I found a new one for only £15 on ebay.

I got Office Professional Plus 2016 for £9.95 through the MS Home Use programme.

They are now offering Office 2019 for £11.99.

Worth checking if anyone in the house has eligibility- I got mine through the Boss, who is a Civil Servant.

I did have the free word and excel on my phone and tablet.

Now M$ want a 366 subscription.

Which I will not buy as I have a working Office suite on my Laptop which more than handle what I want.

As my Tab S4 has a keyboard I downloaded the Google office suite for free.

Enjoy, not my kind of game. :)

I just bought Uncharted the Lost Legacy PS4 on the Indonesian Playstore for around £8...... such a bargain if you know how to get stuff from other countries stores.

Do you like buying them digital as the site above i posted lists all the current prices for all the countries stores and there is nothing stopping you using a USA or Indonesian account on your PS4?

I think i have gone digital 100% now as it works out cheaper for me using other country stores.
