Supposed to be going out tomorrow to look at motorbikes. I'll be looking for a boat instead if this rain carries on.

Best decision i ever made, buying a boat has given me no end of pleasure.

I had a summer holiday on the Broads back in 1981, we were on Oulton Broads for the Big Royal wedding.

Just been to see my GP after some concerns and she has several health concerns after examining me so much so l have to have a CT scan this afternoon on one of my calves as its much bigger then the other one and and there is some pitting as well.

Also she is concerned that have have become more breathless then l usually would be so l have a have a echocardiogram done as well but that won't be done today.

Ah the dreaded ECG testing!
My best ECG test was done on a treadmill, stripped to the waist.
O'k doing the walking bit, even when speeded up, what killed me off was when the treadmill was starting to be inclined!
10min on that I was not fit for anything, took a good 1/2hr for me to recover.

No l will just have the scan done to see if the heart muscle is becoming even more enlarged as several of my worsening symptoms suggest this is a possiblity.

One thing it is not thankfully is DVT as they did the scan on my calves yesterday and there is no sign of DVT although their thinking given the my enlarged left calf and pitting edema suggest possible worsening heart failure according to them.
