"Available to new and existing NOW TV customers without a Sky Sports Pass. Viewing period ends 24 consecutive hours after you start watching. Requires Broadband/3G/4G/Wi-Fi (charges may apply) and compatible device. NOW TV account set up with credit/debit card (no charge will be taken) required for new customers. You can only have one Sky Sports Pass in your account at any one time. See nowtv.com for device compatibility and further terms. Offer ends 14th July at 23:59." From previous experience once a pass had been added to your account it stays valid for 12 months and only starts when you start watching one of the SKY Sports channels. I wonder if you can add this and use it at a later date? |

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
Just a wee update on the NOW TV freebie.
NOW TV are giving away a free 24 hours Sports pass today here: http://www.nowtv.com/promo/free-pass The offer is only available until midnight tonight. Whilst it's been advertised as a chance to watch the first day of The Open for free, if you claim the pass it gets added to your NOW TV account and can be activated when you like. When I applied the code to my NOW TV account it stated: "You've got 24 hours of sports action waiting. Activate your pass whenever you're ready." If you've not got SKY Sports it's worth grabbing and keeping for a time when you'd really like to use it. |

Freeview live channels are delivered OTA and Now TV live channels are delivered via streaming. I guess we'll have to wait until someone gets a new box. |
